Full Job Description
Analytics Engineer, Strategic Accounts
Customer Solutions Group • Full-Time • Remote, United States

You'll embed with one enterprise client's growth team as a key technical partner. The work is hands-on SQL: building audiences, editing scripts, digging into data discrepancies, and supporting live email and direct mail campaigns.

You'll learn their business deeply and own the data work end to end, with room to make it yours:

The team is moving to a new cloud environment this fall, so you can rebuild the recurring work from scratch: automate the manual steps, clean up the pipelines, and design the processes the way they should be. What starts as running the day-to-day can grow into owning how the whole system works.

This work and team moves fast, running on weekly recurring deadlines, with quick turnarounds. If you like significant ownership and steady pressure over a slow, tidy queue, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do
  • Build and edit SQL to power audience building and email and direct mail campaigns.
  • Work directly with a single enterprise client to understand their business needs, data landscape, and roadblocks.
  • Design and build scalable data models that support the client's analytical and operational goals.
  • Drive improvements to internal workflows and tooling to increase efficiency and repeatability.
  • Serve as a thought partner for client stakeholders, guiding technical and strategic data decisions.
  • Investigate data discrepancies, analyze deltas between tables, and get into the weeds to answer real questions for the client.
What You Bring
  • You are excellent at SQL, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a production environment. This is the most important skill for the role, so you write, read, and debug complex queries with ease every day.
  • You have hands-on experience querying cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks)
  • You have a solid understanding of data pipelines and data engineering concepts (ETL/reverse ETL, event streaming, data modeling).
  • You communicate well with both technical and non-technical partners, and you enjoy working across both.
  • You stay responsive and calm under tight, recurring deadlines. Quick turnarounds and shifting priorities energize you rather than wear you down.
Compensation & Details

The on-target-earnings for this role are $110,000 to $120,000 USD. Total compensation includesequity and additional opportunities for variable compensation - we came up bootstrapped and have scaled with discipline, and we share that ownership with those helping us build.

Please note that we can only consider candidates for the Analytics Engineer role who are based in the United States and authorized to work without visa sponsorship. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors unique to each candidate, such as the individual's skill set, depth of experience, and qualifications.
