Support Center



As an Analytics Engineer, you will:
• Design, build, and maintain relational databases, data marts, and data models in SQL Server Management Studio, Snowflake, and comparable platforms; write and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support analytics, reporting, and financial and operational modeling.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and self-service reporting in Power BI and Tableau, including data modeling, calculated measures, and visualization design, for financial, operational, productivity, quality, and regulatory performance reporting used by executive and operational leadership.
• Build and manage automated data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes that extract, transform, and integrate data from clinical, financial, and operational source systems (e.g., Cerner, cost accounting, and regulatory data feeds) into curated, analytics-ready datasets.
• Monitor and improve data pipeline performance, reliability, and query efficiency; implement data quality checks, validation routines, and version control to ensure accuracy and consistency across databases and reporting assets.
• Partner with Strategic Analytics team members and operational stakeholders to gather requirements, translate analytical needs into scalable data and reporting solutions, and support ad hoc data extracts and deep-dive analyses.
• Document data definitions, source mappings, business logic, and technical methodologies; establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure consistent, well-managed reporting across dashboards and databases.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent is required
• A technically proficient problem solver who can architect scalable data solutions and apply engineering best practices to novel and nuanced business and reporting needs.
• Demonstrated proficiency building and managing databases in SQL Server Management Studio, Snowflake, or comparable relational/cloud data platforms, including writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau, including data modeling, calculated measures, and performance optimization.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and automated data pipelines, and integrating data across multiple source systems.
• Working knowledge of healthcare clinical and financial source systems; experience with Cerner Health data is preferred.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, version control, and data quality and governance practices
• 2-4 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence/dashboard development, database administration, or analytics development; healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence/dashboard development, database administration, or analytics development required. • Healthcare data experience and experience with Cerner or other EMR health data preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time
Hours per Week: 40 hours/week
Typical Daily Schedule: 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday 
Shift Type: Day Shift -Hybrid Schedule
Holiday Requirements: Follow the company holiday calendar

Pay Range:

$96,058.56 - $145,995.20

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
