Support Center



As a Workday HCM Specialist you will:
• Manage and troubleshoot Workday HCM and MFA support tickets, providing Tier 2 support and ensuring timely resolution of system issues.
• Support Workday enhancements, bi-annual releases, testing efforts, mass data changes, and ongoing system configuration and maintenance.
• Partner with HR Technology team members to develop training materials, perform system audits, maintain documentation, and identify process improvement opportunities that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of Workday experience supporting HR related modules, with experience administering enterprise level applications; Workday HCM Pro certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HR workflows, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to end users.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively while maintaining compliance with data privacy practices and regulations.

•    Employment Type: Full-time

•    Typical Daily Schedule: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Monday through Friday

Pay Range:

$71,932.12 - $107,889.60

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing.
