Work You'll DoAs a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Integrate collection, analysis, and production processes across various intelligence platforms, including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT
- Analyze and synthesize intelligence from multiple sources and disciplines. Incorporate new and legacy data into cohesive, all-source intelligence products, ensuring timely dissemination to operational commanders and decision-makers.
- Conduct dynamic, real-time, and in-depth threat assessments for ongoing and emerging operations. Identify potential adversarial capabilities or shifts in the operating environment to inform both strategic and tactical responses.
- Act as the SME in integrating intelligence collection and analysis platforms such as DCGS-A, Palantir, SMART, or commercial intelligence tools.
- Liaise with internal intelligence teams, operational units, external partners, and government agencies to clarify requirements, present findings, and facilitate the seamless flow of intelligence.
- Oversee and refine each phase of the intelligence cycle (collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination), ensuring responsiveness and adaptability to shifting mission needs.
- Identify intelligence gaps, recommend enhancements to analytic and integration methodologies, and implement lessons learned to optimize performance and the quality of outputs.
QualificationsRequired
: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- 5+ years of analytical or integrative experience in an intelligence, defense, or law enforcement environment.
- 1+ years experience conducting threat/vulnerability assessments and delivering comprehensive analytic products.
- 1+ years experience with intelligence enterprise platforms (e.g., DCGS-A, Palantir, i2 Analyst's Notebook, ArcGIS).
- 1+ years experience with analytic and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), secure communications platforms (e.g., SIPRNet, JWICS), and intelligence databases.
- Ability to travel 5-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Prior military, government agency, or allied partner intelligence experience.
- Advanced Degrees in intelligence, criminal justice, international affairs, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Intelligence Professional (CIP) or equivalent.
- Experience with data science techniques, scripting (e.g., Python), or automating aspects of analytic reporting.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
