ResponsibilitiesWe areseekinga highly skilled and motivatedAnalytic Facilitatorto join our team atOffutt Air Force Base (AFB)supporting theAir Combat Command (ACC)Intelligence Directorate (A2).The Analytic Facilitator willprovide academic, practical exercise, and simulatorinitialor orientation training forAirOperationsCenter (AOC)intelligence personnel.This position requiresexpertisein intelligence analysis, instructional delivery, and the ability to support mission-critical training programs for Air Force personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as aMobile Training Team (MTT) instructorand facilitator forAir Combat Command (ACC) courses, delivering high-quality training to intelligence professionals.
- Support AOC intelligence initial, orientation, mission, and AOR certification training academics as directed.
- Design and update flexible courseware to meet changingTTPs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of intelligence tools, methodologies, and emerging technologies to incorporate into training programs.
- Ensure training programs align with Air Force and ACC standards, policies, andobjectives.
- Travel required (Up to20%)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Minimum of 16 years w/o a degree, 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years with BS/BA or 10 years woth MS/MA or 8 years with Phd
- ProficiencyinSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis,Multi-Int Fusion,Analytical Tradecraft Supportandintelligence functionsconductedatAir Operations Centers.
- Familiarity with intelligence tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
- Experience delivering training andfacilitatingexercises in a professional setting.
- Experienceproviding intelligencesupportto anAOCas part of anIntelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance Division(ISRD).
- Strong instructional and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and mentor diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing and delivering training materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance isrequired.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ExperiencesupportingAir Force Major Command (MAJCOM)Intelligence Directorateor similar military organization.
- Prior experience as an instructor or facilitator forACC coursesor similar training programs.
- Familiarity with scenario-based training and exercise development.

Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
