Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste Support Fonctionnel Front Office Murex expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre une équipe internationale en charge du support d'une plateforme de trading critique. Vous contribuerez à garantir la stabilité, la performance et l'amélioration continue de la plateforme Murex tout en accompagnant les utilisateurs Front Office dans un environnement exigeant et à forte réactivité.

Vos responsabilités
  • Assurer le support fonctionnel quotidien des utilisateurs Front Office, principalement les Traders et les équipes Sales, en garantissant une communication claire et proactive.
  • Analyser et résoudre les incidents de production en collaboration avec les équipes de support et de développement Murex.
  • Réaliser les contrôles quotidiens de production afin d'assurer la stabilité et la disponibilité de la plateforme.
  • Collaborer avec les développeurs pour proposer des solutions pérennes et mettre en œuvre les évolutions répondant aux besoins métiers.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue afin d'optimiser la qualité, la stabilité et les performances de la plateforme.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de support internationales afin d'assurer une couverture opérationnelle mondiale (" follow-the-sun ").
  • Former les utilisateurs et rédiger la documentation fonctionnelle associée.
Profil recherché
Exigences
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur Murex MX.III dans un environnement Front Office.
  • Excellente maîtrise des modules Front Office de Murex (Pricing, Simulation, Market Data et rapports standards).
  • Solide connaissance des marchés financiers, notamment des obligations d'entreprises américaines (US Corporate Bonds).
  • Bonne maîtrise des produits financiers vanille, de leurs principes de valorisation et des sensibilités aux risques.
  • Expérience indispensable en interaction directe avec des Traders Front Office dans un environnement de trading à forte pression.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, gestion des parties prenantes et résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, exigeant et orienté production.
  • Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais.
