BA with CRIMS experience Proposed Role NameDomain Consultant L2Potential Band AlignmentC1Role PurposeThe purpose of this role is to analyse client business processes and conduct detailed market and benchmarking studies to evaluate process improvement opportunities and propose enhancements.
K͏ey Responsibilities- Work with Charles River in planning and preparation for upgrade and migration, including knowledge transfer from CRD on the current CRIMS customer installations
- Initial analysis, including identification of customizations and documentation of processes/tools
- Support server build and connectivity setup activities
- Development environment setup and configuration including migration of database and upgrade process
- Review/remediate any functional customization/configuration that are dependent on the CRIMS version
- Review/remediate any 3rd party performance optimization/ data integration/ network and hardware related issues
- Review/remediate data quality issues during data migration, and any data model changes resulting in performance issues
- Work with Charles River personnel as required to upgrade and deploy identified customizations
͏Good to Have- Participate in unit testing and integration testing, which shall include technical connectivity test and services
- Participate in performance testing and performance tuning/optimization
- Perform batch testing using the current Tidal scheduling software
- Support User Acceptance Testing ("UAT") and production environments setup and configuration including migration of database and upgrade process
- Participate in UAT and parallel testing, and help resolve issues related to the technical upgrade
- Support during go-live and for one (1) week after go-live (hyper care)
- Work with Charles River teams collaboratively in a defined governance structure, interaction model and reporting structure to manage the migration work.

Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
