At the heart of Pomerleau's HR digital transformation, the HRIS Analyst - HR Systems & Data plays a key role in the implementation, evolution, and stability of SAP SuccessFactors and Avature systems.
The analyst actively contributes to deployment projects by ensuring system configuration, data quality, and coordination among stakeholders. Once the solutions are in place, the analyst ensures their performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
This role acts as a bridge between HR teams, IT, and external partners to deliver solutions aligned with operational needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Systems Implementation & Evolution
• Collaborate with functional analysts to configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, LMS, Performance, Succession) and the Avature CRM platform.
• Contribute to defining target processes and configuring them within the systems.
Support data migration activities (validation, cleansing, testing).
• Participate in system testing (UAT), document issues, and ensure follow-up.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
• Perform regular audits and document critical configurations.
• Participate in special projects and other initiatives as required.

User Support & Enablement
• Support users in adopting new systems and processes.
Design and deliver training, guides, and documentation tailored to different user levels.
• Proactively manage support requests, prioritizing based on organizational impact.
• Manage user access and HR data governance rules.
In collaboration with functional analysts, coordinate with IT teams on system integrations.

Technology Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and new features to recommend enhancements.
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Pomerleau's Talent 360 strategy.
• Participate in HRIS communities of practice and stay informed on HR technology and AI trends.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRIS, analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors (SAP certification and implementation experience are strong assets).
• Experience with an ATS or recruitment CRM (Avature is a major asset).
• Knowledge of the construction industry or a multi-site environment (asset).

Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors - in-depth expertise in at least two modules.
• Skills in process automation and system integration (APIs, middleware).
Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) (asset).
• Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.

Soft Skills
• Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in deliverables.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work in a matrix environment alongside IT, Finance, and HR operations teams.
