WB Games Montréal, une division de Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE), est à la recherche d'un.e Analyste senior assurance qualité (AQ), données.

Ton nouveau rôle...

Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable de la vérification, de l'analyse et de la visualisation des données de jeu, ainsi que de la transformation d'ensembles de données complexes en informations claires et exploitables pour l'équipe AQ, les équipes de développement et les parties prenantes de la production. Tu appuieras la gestion des tâches de l'équipe Analytique AQ, accompagneras les testeur.euse.s dans les bonnes pratiques de visualisation des données et agiras à titre de ressource technique clé pour les initiatives de rapports et d'analytique.

Tes responsabilités...
  • Créer des tableaux de bord à partir de la télémétrie de jeu dans Looker.
  • Vérifier et analyser les données de jeu.
  • Détecter les problèmes et les documenter dans notre système de gestion des bogues.
  • Communiquer régulièrement les constats et analyses aux différentes parties prenantes.
  • Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des testeur.euse.s et partager les informations et les analyses pertinentes.
  • Créer et mettre à jour la documentation.


Qualifications et expérience...
  • Diplôme ou certificat dans un domaine pertinent (informatique, statistiques, génie, mathématiques, économie, etc.) et/ou réussite de cours postsecondaires en mathématiques et en statistiques.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en production de rapports de données
    Connaissance pratique des technologies de bases de données et de la programmation SQL (Redshift, Databricks).
  • Expérience avec de grands ensembles (data sets) de données et maîtrise d'outils de visualisation de données (Looker, Grafana, Tableau ou équivalent).
  • Expérience de travail avec des équipes de conception de jeux et/ou de production
  • Maîtrise d'Excel.
  • Bonne compréhension et application des concepts statistiques.
  • Expérience avec GitHub, un atout.
  • Expérience en assurance qualité (AQ), un atout.
  • Grand souci du détail.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon très autonome.
  • Sens des responsabilités quant à la qualité des rapports et au respect des échéanciers.
  • Volonté d'améliorer continuellement les processus de production de rapports.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.


WB Games Montreal, a division of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE), seeks a Senior QA Analyst, Data.

Your New Role...

As a Senior Data Analyst, QA, you will be responsible for verifying, analyzing, and visualizing game data, and for translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for the: QA department, development teams, and production stakeholders. You will support task management for the QA Analytics team, mentor testers on data visualization practices, and serve as a key technical resource across reporting and analytics initiatives.

Your Role Accountabilities...
  • Create dashboards using game telemetry in Looker
  • Verify and analyze game data
  • Detect problems and document them in our bug management system
  • Communicate findings regularly with different stakeholders
  • Act as a point of contact for testers and share appropriate information and insights
  • Create and update documentation


Qualifications & Experience...
  • Degree or certificate in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics etc.) and/or successful completion of post-secondary level Math and Statistics courses is desired.
  • Proven communication and data reporting skills.
  • Working knowledge of database technology and SQL programming. (Redshift, Databricks)
  • Experience working with large data sets and proficient with data visualization tools (Looker, Grafana, Tableau or equivalent).
  • Experience working with game design and/or production projects
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Application of statistical concepts
  • Experience using Github is an asset
  • Experience in quality assurance testing is an asset
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work very autonomously
  • Assume responsibility for the quality of reports and timeline commitments
