Objectif du poste :

L'Analyste financier au sein de l'équipe FP&A fournit du soutien analytique et des informations financières aux fonctions dédiées ainsi qu'à l'ensemble de l'organisation. Il assure le contrôle, la coordination et la gestion des données financières pour les rapports de gestion, la planification budgétaire, les prévisions financières et les analyses ponctuelles.

Responsabilités principales :
  • Générer et maintenir les rapports de revenus destinés à la direction et aux responsables budgétaires, en assurant l'intégrité des données grâce au rapprochement des chiffres entre les différents systèmes (ERP, CRM, outils de reporting financier).
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de la ligne commerciale pour exécuter le processus mensuel de prévisions de gestion pour les revenus et les dépenses.
  • Comparer les revenus et dépenses réels aux prévisions, budgets et périodes précédentes. Identifier et expliquer les écarts, en veillant au respect des principes comptables généralement reconnus (PCGR).
  • Contribuer à l'exécution du budget annuel, tant pour les revenus que pour les dépenses.
  • Surveiller et rendre compte des risques opérationnels et des opportunités.
  • Préparer des analyses budgétaires et de prévisions ainsi que des présentations destinées à la haute direction et aux responsables budgétaires.
  • Recommander et mettre en œuvre des solutions système pour les processus de budget et de prévision.
  • Effectuer des recherches et produire des rapports pour les demandes d'information et analyses ponctuelles.
  • Soutenir et maintenir un processus continu d'évaluation des systèmes et des procédures.
  • Intégrer toute fusion/acquisition ou tout nouveau produit dans les flux de travail.


Formation, expérience et connaissances spécialisées requises :
  • Baccalauréat en finance ou comptabilité avec 2 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en analyse d'affaires, comptabilité ou finance.
  • Expérience avec des feuilles de calcul financières, des ensembles de données et des systèmes. Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel exigée. Expérience avec Oracle Hyperion Planning, PowerBI ou Microsoft Access, SAP, SFDC constitue un atout.

Financial Analyst, FP&A
Position Purpose:
The Financial Analyst on the FP&A team provides financial analysis support and insights to dedicated functions and the organization. Provides control, coordination and management of financials for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and supporting ad-hoc analyses.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Generate and maintain revenue reporting for management and budget holders, ensuring data integrity by reconciling figures across systems (ERP, CRM, financial reporting tools)
• Working closely with the Commercial Business Line leaders, executes the monthly management forecast process for both revenue and expense.
• Compare actual revenue & expense against forecasts, budgets and prior periods. Identify and explain drivers of variances, assisting with compliance to generally accepted accounting principles
• Assist in executing the annual budget exercise, both revenue and expense.
• Monitors and reports on areas of operational risk and opportunity.
• Prepare budget and forecast analysis and presentations for senior management and budget holders.
• Recommends and implements system solutions for the budget and forecast processes.
• Research and reports on ad hoc information requests and analyses.
• Supports and maintains an ongoing process of system and procedure revaluation.
• Integration of any merger & acquisitions or new product offerings into workflows

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting required with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, accounting and finance.
• Experience in financial spreadsheets, datasets and systems. Strong Microsoft Excel required. Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, PowerBI or Microsoft Access, SAP, SFDC is an asset.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $61,400.00 - $102,200.00. Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and wellness and/or other benefits.
