En tant qu'Analyste en automatisation et contrôle de procédés, vous contribuerez à la fiabilité, à l'optimisation et à l'évolution des systèmes automatisés de l'usine de Deschambault et du Port de Trois-Rivières. Relevant de l'équipe ITAS (Information Technology & Automation Solutions), vous collaborerez étroitement avec des partenaires locaux et internationaux afin de soutenir les opérations, résoudre des enjeux techniques complexes et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes favorisant la performance et l'amélioration continue.

Vous apporterez également votre expertise dans le soutien des applications et équipements d'automatisation, avec l'opportunité de contribuer aux infrastructures de réseautique industrielle si vous possédez de l'expérience dans ce domaine.

Vos principales responsabilités
  • Développer, maintenir et optimiser les programmes de contrôle ainsi que les équipements d'automatisation afin d'assurer leur performance et leur fiabilité.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés aux systèmes automatisés afin de minimiser les interruptions des opérations.
  • Collaborer au déploiement de mises à jour, de correctifs et d'améliorations sur les infrastructures liées au contrôle de procédés.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions visant à améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle, la disponibilité et la fiabilité des équipements.
  • Établir et maintenir les standards de conception, la documentation technique ainsi que les meilleures pratiques associées aux systèmes PLC et HMI.
  • Contribuer, à titre d'atout, au soutien des réseaux opérationnels (OT), notamment en matière de communications industrielles, d'architecture réseau et d'intégration sécuritaire des systèmes.


Ce que vous apportez au rôle
  • Baccalauréat en génie de la production automatisée, génie électrique, génie informatique ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience pertinente.
  • Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience dans un environnement manufacturier comportant des systèmes automatisés.
  • Excellente connaissance des technologies d'automatisation et de contrôle de procédés, notamment les automates programmables, les interfaces HMI, les systèmes SCADA et l'instrumentation.
  • Expérience en gestion de projets techniques, en coordination de travaux et en développement de solutions d'automatisation.
  • Connaissances des bases de données SQL et capacité à évoluer dans des environnements technologiques complexes.
  • Fort sens des responsabilités, autonomie, capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement opérationnel et engagement envers des pratiques de travail sécuritaires.

  • Connaissances en réseautique opérationnelle (OT), incluant les protocoles industriels, l'architecture réseau et la cybersécurité industrielle.
  • Expérience en sécurité machine.
