The TeamThe Work Support Department plays a critical role in enabling safe, efficient, and reliable gas operations across the state. We provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support that helps field crews, supervisors, and leadership make informed, data-driven decisions and operate more effectively.
What You'll Do- Analyze and report on Work Support operational metrics (e.g., productivity, completion rates, UTCs, scheduling performance, clerical efficiency) to support business and operational decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, charts, and trend analyses that provide clear, actionable insights to supervisors and leadership
- Partner with field operations, clerical, and leadership teams to identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support supervisors with project tracking, reporting, and preparation of leadership-level report-outs
- Track department budgets, invoices, and related financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and provide value-adding, data-driven recommendations
About You- High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of analytical work experience required
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of analytical work experience preferred
- Proficiency in building Power BI dashboards and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, reporting) required
- Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to support operational or business decisions
- Familiarity with Work Management systems (e.g., Maximo, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
- Valid driver's license required

Salary
$78,000 - $89,000 a year
