Full Job Description
As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency. You design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs and database servers based on the organization's needs.You analyze and diagnose issues related to large-scale IT rollouts or upgrades in line with business needs and the functions of selected solution modules. You respond to large-scale, highly complex development and correction requests. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline's rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs. You recommend implementation plans. Your projects and initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. You direct and guide work to meet objectives. You help solve highly complex problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive, detailed understanding of your line of business and the organization. Coordination is critical. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. You lead and serve as a systems specialist for your unit, clients and practitioners. More specifically, you will be required to:
  • Define the implementation strategy
  • Coach the team on analyzing business solutions to speed up delivery
  • Help clients define their needs with a detailed solution feasibility and design reflection process. Define functional requirements to inform decision-making on choosing appropriate IT solutions
  • Develop complex execution strategies, determine their scope and write procedures and guidelines
  • Analyze risks. Write highly complex reports and test cases, propose solutions and make recommendations. Serve as a specialist on how to implement recommendations
  • Oversee the implementation of action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
