Full Job Description
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you'll lead the design, enhancement, and optimization of Workday and other HR technology solutions that support teammates across the enterprise. Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders, you'll drive process improvements, support high-impact projects, deliver meaningful workforce insights, and help ensure our systems evolve alongside the needs of our growing organization. This role is ideal for an experienced HRIS professional who enjoys leading complex initiatives, leveraging technology to solve business challenges, and influencing how HR services are delivered. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX. **Benefits You Can Count On:** - Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance - Paid time off begins day one. - 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. - Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! **What You'll Do:** - Provide support for HRIS questions and issues by researching and resolving simple to complex system, policy, and transactional inquiries. - Serve as a key resource for HR technology utilized across McLane, including HR, benefits, compensation, recruiting, development, and related vendor integrations. - Lead and support complex HR technology projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, proper testing, issue tracking, and successful implementation. - Assist in evaluating new system functionality and recommend process improvements and technology solutions that enhance the People function. - Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design specifications, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing support. - Partner closely with Corporate HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR systems and processes. - Prepare and execute system testing to validate enhancements, upgrades, and modifications prior to implementation. - Develop and maintain HRIS processes, procedures, training materials, and end-user documentation. - Create complex reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Workday reporting tools, Excel, and other reporting solutions to support business and operational needs. - Monitor system performance through audits, reports, and ongoing analysis. - Support benefits administration processes, vendor interfaces, and data exchanges as needed. - Assist with open enrollment support, issue resolution, and field HR reporting and correction requests. - Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure system-related inquiries are resolved within established timeframes. **What We're Looking For:** - Bachelor's degree required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or MIS preferred. - Five or more years of progressive HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems and technology solutions. - Experience supporting Workday and partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams in a complex organization. - Strong understanding of HR business processes, including core HR, benefits, compensation, recruiting, talent management, and reporting. - Experience leading HR technology projects through the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, documentation, and end-user support. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions. - Experience developing complex reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Workday reporting tools, Excel, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of HR system integrations, data governance, and data integrity best practices. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer support and service. - Experience developing training materials, procedures, and system documentation preferred. **Fit the following?
