WhatYou'll Do:
  • Partners with business leaders to provide input and guidance on businessissues and to provide strategic financial input and leadership ondecision-making issues affecting the line(s) of business. Conducts anddocuments financial analysis projects, data gathering, manipulation,summarization and analysis off financial reports, sales activity, trends, andopportunities.
  • Partners with Business leadership on daily management and analysis needs, including attending operational review meetings in order to stay in touch with business and industry trends.
  • Prepares and presents monthly financial review package for management, complete with analysis of major variances and trends and conducts a formal review with business leaders.
  • Validates accuracy of data used in enterprise reporting.
  • Improves leadership's understanding of the link between key drivers and the financial statements.
  • Assists in ROI and what-if analysis, making recommendations to management on items such as cost reduction, revenue improvement, pricing, etc.
  • Builds and presents Pro Forma statements to analyze project impacts and new business opportunities.
  • Researches, analyzes, and synthesizes data from multiple sources in order to drive positive financial performance for key operating segments.
  • Works with Operations groups to understand key processes, and delivers data-backed recommendations on improvements with a focus on driving financial performance.
  • Works with senior management and business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet these goals.
  • Identifies and implements Key Performance Indicators critical to measuring health of Business Units.
  • Monitors operational trends in reporting, identifies variances and acts proactively to notify business leaders and Sr. management of any potential issues or opportunities.
  • Drives understanding of root causes of variances and makes recommendations to enhance business performance.
  • Regularly performs competitive benchmarking in order to understand industry trends.


What We're Looking For:

Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management, finance, or related field required

Experience
5-8 years' experience of relevant experience in finance or accounting
2 years of financial modeling and analysis experience

Skills/Certifications
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Working knowledge of Pivot Tables and functions within Excel.
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL preferred
Advanced Financial analysis, Quantitative analysis planning, and Analytical skills
Strong communications, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required
