Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with siginificant coursework in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, etc.) or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Master's degree or other advanced degree in a technical, quantitative, or business discipline
  • Proven experience designing, building, and delivering production-ready analytics and data products on large, complex datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, AzureML, Databricks, GitHub, and VBA, with demonstrated business impact
  • Hands-on experience architecting and operating analytics and data solutions in a cloud environment, preferably Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying Tableau or Power BI dashboards, including partnering with stakeholders to define metrics and visualization requirements
  • Experience developing analytics, models, or decision frameworks, which may include machine learning, optimization, or applied AI techniques
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements and coordinate solution development with technical teams
  • Familiarity with data governance principles, including data quality, documentation, lineage, and access controls
  • Intellectual curiosity in areas such as optimization, economic theory, pricing strategy, and consumer behavior
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify skill gaps and take initiative to learn and apply emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of the airline industry and/or Revenue Management concepts is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information, draw logical conclusions, and communicate actionable recommendations
  • Ability to operate as a data product owner, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and long-term scalability
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Effective communicator with experience influencing and building alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with a demonstrated aptitude for identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including the ability to clearly present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and a track record of contributing positively within team environments
