Please see minimum qualifications list below for each level Analyst - $81,000 - $90,000 Sr Analyst $108,000 - $120,000 Ranges are per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401K. Primary Purpose of Position This role in the Commercial Business Solutions team assists financial governance for Constellation's Commercial IT Projects. Key duties include financial monitoring and reporting of project expenditures, recoding journal entries, and ensuring appropriate levels of approvals for projects. The position requires effective collaboration with IT,FP&A, and commercial stakeholders, as well as strong communication skills for reporting. Primary Duties and Accountabilities • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IT project financials and forecasts, including variance analysis and explanations for IT projects and department budgets across Capital and O&M. • Provide financial forecasts, scenario planning, and long-range planning for major IT initiatives. • Collaborate with PMO and IT leaders to track project milestones, expenditures, and return on investment. • Assist with cost benefit analyses and business case development for proposed IT investments, including capital and operations and maintenance determinations. • Act as a financial advisor to IT project managers and executive leadership, communicating project financial status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders. • Record journal entries and accruals related to IT project financials and forecasts. • Ensure compliance with internal governance and financial policies and external regulatory standards. • Lead, coach, and mentor others while identifying and leading process improvements. • Travel required as necessary to meet business needs. • In-person attendance for training, all-hands meetings, and other meaningful engagements. Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Analyst • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree • Analytical understanding of finance and accounting • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Sr Analyst • Bachelor's degree and 5-years relevant experience, in lieu of degree 9 years of relevant experience • Demonstrated strong understanding of finance and accounting • Proficient skills in Excel, SQL, PowerBI, and other related data analysis tools • Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial modeling Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related financial field • Advanced degree (e.g. CPA, CFA, MBA) • PMP Certification • Demonstrated knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall • Demonstrated knowledge of financial management principles including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
