What are your contributions to the team?
• Coordinate and optimize travel logistics for team members and leadership, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Manage and analyze expense submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing; identify trends or discrepancies as needed
• Create, track, and monitor purchase requisitions, provide status updates and ensure timely completion
• Support onboarding processes by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring a seamless new hire experience
• Contribute to workforce administration by monitoring timecard submissions and supporting reporting and compliance activities
• Coordinate team events, meetings, and catering logistics to support operational effectiveness
• Manage and track IT service requests for new hires and team members, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required
• Monitor office and IT supply usage, analyze needs, and coordinate replenishment to maintain operational continuity
• Support meeting and workspace coordination, including conference room planning and logistics
• Track and follow up on key operational activities, ensuring deliverables are completed and deadlines are met
• Compile, validate, and maintain data for reporting purposes; support the preparation of dashboards and summaries
• Develop and maintain tracking tools, databases, and distribution lists to support team efficiency and decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support ad hoc analysis and coordination activities aligned with team priorities

How to thrive in this role?
• You hold a post-secondary degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in coordination, operations, or analytical support role within a complex environment
• You demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with the ability to organize and analyze information effectively
• You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
