Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate delivery strategies and schedules to meet organizational goals.
  • Compile and analyze aircraft delivery costs for management reporting.
  • Present risks and potential financial concessions to management with proposals for risk mitigation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners.

What are your contributions to the team?

Aircraft Delivery Analyst, Customer Facing team
• Provide risk analysis related to aircraft deliveries and assess their impact on the company at the executive level.
• Gather information from various departments such as Production, Engineering, Methods, Program, Sales, Legal, and Finance.
• Interact and communicate frequently with senior leadership.
• Develop and coordinate strategies and schedules related to aircraft deliveries.
• Compile, analyze, and maintain aircraft delivery costs.
• Present risks, financial concessions, and regular updates to management.
• Propose risk mitigation plans.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate management level when necessary.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external partners.

How to thrive in this role?
• You hold a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• You have experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry (an asset).
• You have at least eight (8) years of relevant experience.
• You demonstrate initiative, are results oriented, and have the desire to make decisions.
• You possess expert project management skills (leadership), as well as strong abilities in analysis, planning, and problem solving.
• You are a role model in delivering high quality outputs within required deadlines and hold your stakeholders accountable as well.
• You have in depth knowledge of several disciplines, including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Methods, and Customer Support.
• You have experience supporting complex organizational changes and show the ability to solve complex problems with minimal management support.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, and you can influence at various levels of the organization.
• You are able to work under pressure with tight deadlines while still delivering high quality results.
• You are advanced in the use of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Power BI).
