Analyst, Sales Strategy & Planning
What You'll Achieve:Design Growth-Driven GTM Planning Strategies- Support the annual fiscal planning process, including designing revenue targets, headcount allocation, quota modeling, customer segmentation, and sales coverage models.
- Take a holistic approach to planning and ensure alignment between long-term business strategies and day-to-day tactical execution.
Be a Cross-Functional Catalyst for Change- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Channel, Product, and other teams to build and align on innovative GTM designs, organizational structures, and resource allocation plans that drive scalable and predictable growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting clear, data-backed recommendations that enhance decision-making and inspire confidence.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights that Shape Strategy- Harness your analytical expertise to assess key performance metrics, create deep-dive analyses, and identify opportunities to elevate the sales organization including building QBR/Board Decks and other executive facing materials.
- Develop impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights into the health of the business, with a focus on areas that can unlock exponential growth.
Execute with Precision, Drive Innovation- Work closely with operational teams (e.g., Field Operations and Sales Compensation) to translate GTM plans into action, ensuring seamless implementation of changes and continuous process improvements.

What You'll Bring:- 2+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations, strategy consulting, analytics, investment banking or a related field
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, managing relationships through different teams and levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced analytical skills with fluency in tools with a proven ability to analyze and synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Superb organizational and project management skills with a keen focus on prioritization and attention to detail.
- A growth mindset and a relentless drive for excellence and innovation.
- B.A./B.S. Degree, MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in forecasting, territory planning, TAM and account propensity analysis a plus
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and planning tools such as Pigment and Adaptive a plus.
- Experience in high-tech industry, preferably in hyper-growth, cloud-based technology businesses a plus.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
