This position is on - site in our Royal Caribbean Headquarters 1050

Position Summary

Responsible for profitable revenue generation of our Vendor Accounts to meet/exceed revenue targets. Work closely with Sr Director of Onboard Revenue to develop strategies and plans to grow profitable business across fleet. Own business analysis of current performance and to drive growth.

Establish and build strong relationships within the assigned Royal Caribbean Vendors. Build strong internal relationships to enable successful implementation of new programs onboard our fleet. Influence vendors and internal departments to support strategies and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set monthly, annual, and quarterly targets related to assigned accounts.
  • Manage and monitor account and ship performance against targets, forecast, and contractual
  • minimums, identifying drivers and risks.
  • Work with partners to review channel, product, pricing, promotional, and sq ft performance.
  • Identify and evaluate sourcing/mix of revenue to grow most profitable channels.
  • Generate innovative ideas that will bring new business development to Onboard Revenue.
  • Leverage business analysis to define future strategies (product, partner, channel, contracting, etc.)
  • and prioritize initiatives.
  • Leverage business analysis to influence newbuild and revitalization concept/design/allocation.
  • Provide analytical support for initiatives related with assigned accounts.
  • Provide analytical support for Onboard Revenue contract negotiations.
  • Identify and assess opportunities to accelerate App revenue growth.
  • Managers will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management and may cover any revenue partner account during their tenure.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion, SQL, Visual Basic, Essbase and business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Inquisitive, analytical, and creative.
  • Motivation and proven ability to drive growth.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to tell a story with data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with decision-makers of all areas.
  • Strong executive presentation skills.

Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
  • Five to ten years related financial and business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Established success and advanced proficiency in the core competencies.

Financial / Quantitative responsibilities
  • Support and Drive revenue for concessionaire accounts exceeding ~$250 Million.
  • Ability to set and track financial goals for accounts quarterly, monthly, and weekly
