About the role:

The successful candidate is a relationship-driven leader who excels at influencing outcomes across complex organizational and supplier landscapes. This role is the business-facing leader responsible for supplier performance, governance, value delivery, and stakeholder alignment. They are highly skilled at building credibility with senior leaders, managing difficult conversations, navigating competing priorities, and fostering accountability through data-driven reporting, scorecards, and executive communications. Success in this role requires strong communication and influencing capabilities, an ability to manage complex internal and external relationships, and a proven track record of driving supplier performance, commercial outcomes, and value realization through collaboration and governance. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management expertise to ensure suppliers deliver against operational, service, risk, and business objectives while strengthening long-term partnerships.

What you will be doing:

Influence & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build trusted partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, manage competing interests, and drive successful business outcomes.
  • Influence decisions and drive accountability through strong communication, credibility, and data-driven recommendations rather than direct authority or contract ownership.
  • Effectively navigate complex stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations, and lead difficult conversations while maintaining productive and collaborative partnerships.
  • Communicate supplier performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.


Supplier Performance & Accountability
  • Establish and lead performance management practices that hold suppliers accountable for service delivery, operational performance, contractual commitments, and continuous improvement objectives.
  • Drive resolution of supplier issues and performance gaps through governance forums, service reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.


Governance, Reporting & Communications
  • Deliver meaningful scorecards, reporting, and governance communications that provide visibility into supplier performance, risks, trends, and business impact.
  • Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making, identify improvement opportunities, and enable informed executive discussions.


Business Value & Strategic Alignment
  • Align supplier capabilities, services, and performance objectives with business strategy, operational priorities, and long-term organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize supplier relationships, improve operational effectiveness, mitigate risk, and maximize value realization.


What you bring:
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, influence difficult stakeholders, and drive accountability across multiple levels of the organization through effective communication, collaboration, and data-driven insights.
  • Strong Project Management skills with proven experience in successfully managing and executing multiple initiatives
  • Experience with contract management, SLA frameworks, and performance analytics
  • Knowledge of third-party risk management processes and regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, outsourcing regulations, data protection)
  • Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred; business, economics, finance, supply chain, or related studies preferred


Bonus if you have:
  • Proven experience managing supplier or partner relationships in a business function (e.g., Technology, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance)
  • Strong understanding of Technology Development domain and operations.
  • Strong understanding of operational service delivery management principles (e.g., monitoring SLAs, issue identification and remediation)
  • Ability to interpret commercial terms, scopes of work, KPIs and financial models
