Analyst Network Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving high-impact initiatives that optimize how products flow across our distribution network. You'll bring advanced analytical expertise, lead the development of best-in-class tools and methodologies, and serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional partners.
In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate across banners, operating companies, and external partners to design smarter, more consumer-driven supply chain strategies that reduce total landed cost and increase profitability. You'll be at the forefront of network design, continuous improvement, and industry best-practice adoption-turning complex data into actionable solutions that move the business forward.
What You'll Do & Deliver- Lead Network Optimization Excellence
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and impact of all Network Optimization and Analytics initiatives. Provide advanced analytical expertise and guidance to Network Optimization Analysts. - Build Best-in-Class Tools & Capabilities
Develop analytical tools, processes, and educational programs that elevate the organization's supply chain analytics maturity. - Drive Strategic Network Design
Lead and support network design initiatives, ensuring scope clarity, analytical rigor, and the development of appropriate tool sets and methodologies. - Discover & Deliver Supply Chain Opportunities
Collaborate across the combined network to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen service levels. - Optimize Physical Flow Paths
Develop channel and network flow recommendations that align with business strategies and consumer needs. - Partner Across the Enterprise
Work closely with internal and external partners-including Suppliers, Distribution, Transportation, Category, Logistics, and Retail-to design and implement strategies that reduce total landed cost and improve operating performance. - Balance Cost, Service & Trade-Offs
Recommend solutions that highlight cost implications, service impacts, and holistic network trade-offs to support smarter decision-making. - Align Strategy with Business Objectives
Evaluate and recommend cross-functional supply chain solutions that connect enterprise strategy with individual operating company goals. - Champion Continuous Improvement
Spearhead alternate product channels and process-improvement programs using sound research and design methodology. Facilitate continuous improvement conversations at all organizational levels. - Serve as a Supply Chain Thought Leader
Act as an internal expert on industry trends, innovations, and best practices. Promote change, growth, and a culture of continuous improvement. - Influence Without Authority
Motivate peers, support cross-functional teams, and drive alignment across multiple operating companies toward shared supply chain strategies. - Contribute to Key Initiatives
Serve as a member of key teams and committees to shape enterprise-wide supply chain direction.

Salary : $106,000-150,000, depending on experience.
