Travere Therapeutics' global Investor Relations program focuses on building and maintaining effective two-way communication with institutional investors, analysts, and the general public to most effectively educate and update stakeholders on the company's initiatives and performance, as well as obtain critical feedback to help guide the company's strategic planning.

The Analyst, Investor Relations will support the company's investor relations activities through capital markets research, financial analysis and modeling, peer benchmarking, investor targeting initiatives, and development of investor communications materials. This role will help monitor market activity, analyze investor and analyst perspectives, prepare earnings and investor engagement materials, and support interactions with the investment community. The successful candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced biotechnology environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Regularly monitor and analyze capital markets activity, company equity and debt performance, valuation trends, competitive and peer developments, investor sentiment, macroeconomic conditions, and sector dynamics, synthesizing and communicating timely, actionable insights to senior management.
  • Assist in the development of external communications materials, including press releases, investor presentations, earnings call scripts, Q&A documents, and other investor-facing content.
  • Review and analyze sell-side research reports and financial models to track changes in ratings, price targets, earnings estimates, and consensus expectations.
  • Manage the investor relations calendar, including the planning, coordination, and execution of investor conferences, events, roadshows, 1x1 meetings, and other market engagements.
  • Coordinate quarterly earnings processes, including timeline management, cross-functional collaboration, consensus estimate analysis, preparation of briefing materials, and earnings call logistics.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials and meeting summaries for management interactions with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance investor relations CRM database, investor targeting lists, and related records to support shareholder engagement activities.
  • Maintain the investor relations website, ensuring disclosures, presentations, filings, and company information are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses related to shareholder composition, investor targeting, stock performance, valuation, capital markets activity, and financial modeling.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement artificial intelligence and automation solutions to improve team efficiency, enhance analytical capabilities, increase accuracy, and accelerate execution of key investor relations initiatives.


Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or demonstrated related proficiency. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an IR, corporate finance, sell-side/buy-side role, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.


Additional Skills/Experience:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, including financial modeling, data analysis, and development of high-quality presentations for the investment community and executive leadership.
  • Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg, Visible Alpha, S&P Global, Nasdaq IR Insight, or similar financial and investor relations platforms.
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for research, content development, workflow automation, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, SEC filings, and capital markets, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including a working knowledge of valuation methodologies commonly utilized by equity research analysts and institutional investors.
  • Strong interest in capital markets, investing, biotechnology, healthcare, and current events affecting the sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill large amounts of information into concise, executive-ready summaries and recommendations.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious self-starter who takes ownership of assignments and drives projects to completion.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • All positions have an essential job function to be able to perform face to face work with colleagues and/or onsite in San Diego. No role is expected to be 100% remote.

Target Base Pay Range:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00
