Job Description

The Technology Services Group (TSG) is an internal function responsible for delivering a consistent technology infrastructure and a standard suite of tools and applications across our Asset Management business.

We are seeking an Analyst on the Investor Applications team to join our Technology Services Group in our NYC office. This role will work directly with the Manager of Investor Applications and support a subset of Brookfield's marketing, event, productivity, and sales enablement application stack used across fundraising, investor relations, marketing, and operations teams.

This is a business-facing, non-engineering role designed for someone who is comfortable working across enterprise applications, technology-enabled processes, and GTM strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable to new systems, and able to translate business needs into practical technology solutions while helping govern and scale platforms across a global organization.

The Analyst will serve as a day-to-day partner to stakeholders across Brookfield, helping support, optimize, and integrate technology solutions that enable business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and help oversee a portfolio of enterprise applications that enable fundraising, investor relations, marketing, and productivity teams, serving as a primary point of contact for business users while coordinating support, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze business workflows, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and consult on technology-enabled solutions that improve productivity, execution, and business outcomes.

  • Assist with application governance and hygiene, including access management, permissions, documentation, usage standards, reporting accuracy, and process consistency across platforms.

  • Support GTM-related initiatives by ensuring tools and processes are aligned with business goals, while also participating in testing, releases, integrations, and system changes in partnership with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and minimal disruption.

  • Track and manage requests, issues, and outcomes; create and maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and reports to guide decision-making and executive visibility.

  • Conduct analysis of usage trends, market tools, and comparable technology solutions, helping evaluate platform effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future roadmap decisions.

  • Work closely with the Manager of Investor Applications to prioritize initiatives, balance competing requests, and execute across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Develop a strong understanding of Brookfield's operations and functional areas, with a focus on aligning project work to broader business objectives.

  • Contribute to the development of strategic and practical solutions for business challenges through critical thinking and collaboration.

  • Actively support and embody Brookfield's core values in day-to-day work and team interactions.

  • Engage constructively in team discussions, fostering an open environment where ideas, concerns, and feedback are shared and considered respectfully.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed, contributing subject matter expertise to collaborative efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting, digital operations, marketing operations, CRM administration, or enterprise application support.

  • Strong familiarity with enterprise applications, particularly CRM platforms and business productivity tools (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).

  • Hands-on experience using work management tools such as Monday.com, Jira or Asana to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and streamline collaboration across teams.

  • Understanding of GTM concepts, including sales enablement, marketing workflows, pipeline support, and stakeholder communication.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical, business-aligned solutions.
