Job SummaryThe Analyst is an onsite client-facing role that supports project teams delivering process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives. Analysts develop foundational consulting, business analysis, and technology skills while working alongside experienced consultants to help clients improve operational performance through process redesign, intelligent automation, and data-driven solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEWClient Service Delivery- Support client engagements focused on operational improvement, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled transformation.
- Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, observations, and document review.
- Document current-state business processes, workflows, operating procedures, and supporting artifacts.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, process documentation, and other engagement deliverables.
- Support project planning activities, status reporting, issue tracking, and meeting coordination.
- Collaborate effectively with business, technical, and project teams.
Capability-Specific Examples (IO - AI & Automation)- Support process discovery and operational assessments to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Assist with documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Support automation opportunity assessments by gathering process, data, and business information.
- Assist with process mining, workflow analysis, and value assessment activities.
- Support data discovery, mapping, validation, and quality assessment across enterprise systems.
- Participate in solution testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Document process maps, technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Research emerging AI, automation, and enterprise technologies and share insights with engagement teams.
Business Development- Support proposal development, resume updates, and internal business development activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION- B.A. or B.S. degree required.
- 0-2 years of consulting, business operations, technology, analytics, or related experience (internship experience considered).
- Ability to work on-site as requested.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Ability to travel up to 80%.
- Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Internship or academic experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, technology, data analytics, or consulting.
- Foundational understanding of business process mapping, workflow analysis, or operational improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to AI, automation, low-code platforms, RPA, process mining, or enterprise technologies through coursework, certifications, internships, or personal projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated curiosity and interest in learning emerging technologies and applying them to solve business problems.
$56,500 - $112,500 a year
The estimated salary range for this role is $56,500 - $112,500USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
Employees hired on or after October 1 are not eligible to participate in the current year's bonus or merit increase cycle. Eligibility will begin with the following performance cycle, in accordance with company policy.
