Work ShiftCompensation RangeThe base pay scale for this position is $99,000.00 - $150,750.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
What you will be doingJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst II is responsible for configuring, supporting, and maintaining the hospital's EMR and billing applications to ensure accurate and efficient claims processing, payment posting, and revenue cycle operations.
Key responsibilities include designing, building, testing, and implementing solutions within the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing application and its functionality such as Single Billing Office (SBO), Claims and Remittance, Charge Router, Patient Statements, and related modules.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Participation in an on-call rotation and occasional evening or weekend support may be required.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREDRequires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with 2+ years of IT implementation and/or support experience.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERREDAt least one year of application experience. Healthcare experience desirable. 3+ Very good oral, written communication and follow-up skills. Very good interpersonal relationship skills. Very good desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. self-motivated, Detail oriented, problem solver. Self-sufficient; able to manage time effectively. Participation in at least one full implementation lifecycle. Good SharePoint usage.
