Position Description:

Join CGI in supporting a major financial management and analysis effort that improves budgeting, forecasting, and execution across complex funding portfolios. In this role, you'll work with enterprise financial systems and modern analytics tools to deliver accurate reporting, streamline processes, and provide trusted insights that drive sound resource decisions. Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Execute detailed analysis of financial execution data in N-ERP, reconciling budget allocations to actual expenditures and identifying discrepancies requiring corrective action.
. Perform comprehensive review and validation of travel authorizations in DTS, ensuring accuracy of all accounting elements and timely approvals.
. Conduct thorough examinations of P-Card, MILSTRIP, SAP, and funding document actions to verify accuracy, completeness, and funds availability.
. Prepare, validate, and submit labor and non-labor transfer actions with complete and accurate key supporting documentation.
. Conduct financial research and support compliance activities, including responsibilities related to Dormant Account Review (DAR-Q).
. Evaluate budget estimates, historical trends, economic factors, and cost-benefit considerations to support budget formulation and financial planning.
. Integrate, validate, and ensure the accuracy of financial data across enterprise systems to maintain reliable, audit-ready information.
. Develop and produce financial spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support informed decision-making.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field).
. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting, or a related discipline.
. Experience with DoD or DoN financial systems, processes, and execution workflows.
. Hands-on experience using enterprise financial systems such as N-ERP, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
. Experience reviewing financial transactions, travel documentation, or purchasing actions for accuracy and compliance.
. Ability to conduct variance analysis, reconcile discrepancies, and produce accurate financial reports.
. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with large financial datasets.

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
. Experience with DTS, LOCUS (or similar labor transfer systems), ADVANA, Power BI, or Tableau.
. Familiarity with appropriations, funds execution, and financial compliance requirements.
. Experience supporting audits, periodic reviews, or documentation validation activities.
. Ability to develop dashboards, metrics, or process improvement tools.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $156,700.00.
