What are your contributions to the team?

  • Provide recommendations on large value business cases impacting customers, suppliers and our internal portfolio strategy;
  • Have frequent interaction and communication with leadership and will be required to articulate the goals and objectives of a program, and how it will impact the business at an executive level;
  • Coach and support other program analysts to lead multi-disciplinary groups including engineering/technical functions to reach common goals and objectives.
  • Own the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your project portfolio;
  • Establish and track metrics to monitor performance and progress, prepare status reports and modify schedules and plans as required;
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams;
  • Present project schedules, business cases and updates at regular reviews with senior management;
  • Identify key project risk items, with corresponding risk mitigation or reduction strategies;
  • Escalate to the appropriate level of management when the situation calls for it;
  • Establish and maintain a strong network and relationship with internal and external stakeholders.


How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business;
  • You have a technical or manufacturing background in aerospace (considered an asset);
  • You have at least three (3) years of relevant experience;
  • You possess initiative, are results driven, and have the desire to make decisions;
  • You can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and still deliver on commitments;
  • You have expert level project management experience, team leadership skills as well strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities;
  • You are a role model for delivering quality deliverables on time and hold your stakeholders equally accountable
  • You hold an extensive knowledge of multiple disciplines, including engineering, contracts, finance, sales, procurement, logistics, methods and customer support
  • You have experience in supporting complex changes and demonstrate the ability to resolve complex issues with minimal support from leadership
  • You possess superior communication skills (written & spoken) in French and English and have the ability to influence at different levels of the organization;
  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).
