National Grid is hiring an Analyst for our Capital Planning / Resource Management department. What You'll Do- Evaluate and apply AI, Copilot, and Azure-based tools to identify opportunities to automate work and reduce manual effort
- Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions (primarily in Power BI) to support the MA Gas Business
- Design and implement automation workflows, apps, and agent-based solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and deliver solutions that improve usability and decision-making
- Own end-to-end delivery of solutions, including development, testing, documentation, and ongoing support
- Continuously improve existing reports, automations, and tools based on feedback, adoption, and changing business needs
- Contribute to project planning and delivery, working within Agile or structured team processes as needed
About You- Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field OR 3+ years of analytical experience required
- 1+ years of experience using Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development required
- 1+ years of experience developing reports, dashboards, or analytical solutions for business stakeholders required
- Working knowledge of Python or other data analysis tools preferred
- Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts or tools within a business setting preferred
- Experience working with business systems such as SAP or Maximo preferred
Salary
$94,000 - $110,000 a year
