Job Summary
The Analyst-Business 2 will support business analysis, project coordination, implementation activities, and operational planning. The role will perform moderately complex quantitative analysis, gather and document requirements, evaluate business needs, identify solutions, costs, risks, and options, and support the implementation of initiatives, applications, or feature sets. The position will also provide scheduling, documentation, testing, facility, logistical, and event coordination support for User Acceptance Testing and team activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform moderately complex quantitative analysis and gather, document, analyze, and interpret data and information.
• Develop strategies that support business needs through the efficient and effective use of best practices.
• Identify requirements, approaches, solutions, costs, risks, and options to address business needs.
• Lead implementation activities for assigned initiatives, applications, or feature sets.
• Support project documentation, including definitions, requirements, conversion, testing, implementation, and training materials.
• Prioritize initiatives by assessing business value relative to effort and developing appropriate options.
• Collaborate with vendors to understand product direction, release strategies, and timelines.
• Provide scheduling support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for NextGen ERP.
• Reserve rooms, send meeting invitations, configure meeting rooms, coordinate food and beverages, and provide onsite support during testing activities.
• Document and track testing defects and provide support based on direction from testing leads.
• Provide facility, logistical, and tracking support when testing activities are not in progress.
• Coordinate and plan team events and large meetings, including lunch-and-learns and all-hands meetings.
• Manage schedules across multiple teams, disciplines, and calendars.
• Develop, store, maintain, and update project and program documentation.
• Track attendance and participation and prepare related reports and statistics.
• Support special projects assigned by Advisors, Senior Advisors, and Senior Project Managers.
• Develop communications and presentations for various audiences.
• Validate program documentation against established quality standards.
• Develop processes and procedures to support team operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of technical and business professionals.
• Coordinate facilities, food and beverage logistics, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate with senior-level management and provide meeting and event support.
• Maintain an inventory of facility issues, report issues to the appropriate parties, and track resolution.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging computer and network systems technologies, architectures, and products.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in business or related analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis and draw conclusions from data and information.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to balance and manage multiple calendar demands simultaneously.
• Knowledge of basic room AV and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Experience organizing and tracking defects, participants, cancellations, room reservations, and budget spending.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with employees and management at all levels.
• Ability to quickly reprioritize work while handling multiple simultaneous requests.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
• Ability to manage small projects independently.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency with Outlook.
• Ability to create presentations and communicate information effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with SCE facilities and experience working with hotels or event centers.
• Familiarity with SCE work locations, policies, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual issues related to virtual and in-person meetings.
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to create and maintain project plans, project status reports, and executive summaries.
• Ability to create and maintain calendars, schedules, and reports.
• Experience tracking participation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple meetings and logistics.
• Ability to present complex information to large audiences at an appropriate level of detail.
