Position OverviewThe Analyst/Associate, Investor Due Diligence will assist the Managing Director of Investor Relations & Due Diligence with all aspects of investor due diligence for the firm's private real estate funds and separate accounts. This role will assist the Managing Director in ensuring accurate and timely responses to investor and consultant requests, including RFPs, DDQs, operational due diligence (ODD), and investment-specific inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong writing skills and has some knowledge of investment process.
What You Will Do- Investor Due Diligence: Assist in the completion of investor and consultant due diligence requests, including RFPs, DDQs, RFIs and ad-hoc questionnaires. Assist in scheduling duties for any due diligence meetings, including virtual and/or on-site meet coordination, document preparation, and other related duties.
- Information Management: Maintain and continuously update databases and/or SharePoint libraries that include information for due diligence requests such as standard responses, policies, track record and performance metrics, and commonly used supporting materials.
- Marketing Materials: Assist in maintaining and preparing marketing materials, including investor presentations. Maintain a library of materials include organizational charts, case studies and track record slides. Coordinate with Core Spaces marketing team to ensure brand standards are maintained
- Databases: Maintain Core's presence across investment consultant databases and platforms, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio management, legal/compliance, accounting, asset management, and investor relations teams to gather, verify, and format accurate information.
- Process Improvement: Assist in the maintenance of systems, templates, and workflow efficiencies to standardize the due diligence process and ensure consistent messaging across all investor communications.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain detailed logs of all due diligence activities and deliverables, tracking response times, common data requests, and recurring themes to improve institutional readiness.
- Client Relationship Management System: Assist in the administration of the institutional and wealth management team's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Ideally, You'll Have- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-5 years of experience preferred in real estate investment, private equity or alternative asset management
- Excellent organization and communications skills, with the ability to effectively maintain and update large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with client relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred
- Collaborative mindset and professional maturity to interface with key internal stakeholders

Pay RangeUSD $80,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
Additional CompensationEmployees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically 10% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance.
