A Taste of What You'll Do

Do you love turning complex data into clear business decisions? GALLO is looking for an Analyst 2 - Supply Chain to help shape the strategies that keep our products moving from production to market - at scale, and with precision.

In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of finance, supply chain, and strategy - supporting senior leadership with the analysis and insights they need to make confident, data-driven decisions. You'll evaluate threats and opportunities across our end-to-end supply chain, contribute to S&OP processes, and support business planning cycles from current-year forecasts to long-range strategic outlooks. Whether you're building supplier scorecards, modeling demand scenarios, or identifying KPIs ripe for automation, your work will have a direct impact on cost savings, capital investments, and new product launches.

Depending on your focus area, you may develop and manage 4-to-18-month and five-year depletion and shipment forecasts using tools like SAP IBP Demand Planning, maintain commodity databases for sourcing and co-manufacturing categories, or perform SKU- and geography-level gap analyses that give leadership the visibility to act quickly. You'll ask the tough "what if" questions, apply Pareto analysis to complex problems, and translate your findings into clear, actionable reports for stakeholders across the organization.

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented analyst who is energized by big data sets, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and motivated to continuously improve the processes they touch. Strong collaboration skills matter here - you'll regularly engage with supply chain partners, finance teams, and senior leaders to align on forecasts and drive outcomes.

At GALLO, we believe diverse perspectives make our supply chain stronger. We're committed to an inclusive environment where every analyst has the tools, support, and opportunity to grow.
