Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Analog/Mixed-Signal circuit design.
• Recent graduates or those nearing completion of a PhD program are preferred.
• Experience with high-speed, high-resolution ADCs and DACs, including essential building blocks like bandgap references and op-amps.
• Proven experience with silicon evaluations in lab settings using standard equipment.
• Solid grasp of transistor-level circuit design concepts such as noise and mismatch analysis.
• Familiarity with analog and digital behavioral modeling techniques.
• Experience using Cadence tools like schematic capture and circuit simulation software.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance transistor-level circuits based on initial specifications.
• Supervise design layout and ensure high quality of circuit implementation.
• Conduct silicon evaluation and perform thorough characterization of designs.
• Drive the introduction of final products to market after successful testing.
