Description

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a manufacturing environment. This role partners with operations and leadership to provide data-driven insights, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze monthly financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, provide variance analysis, compare actuals to budget or forecast and explain key business drivers.
• Prepare and distribute timely, accurate financial reports and dashboards for plant and corporate leadership, private equity stakeholders, and board meetings.

TrTrack product line profitability, analyze margin performance, monitor raw material cost fluctuations, and evaluate plant-level overhead efficiencies.
• Analyze large datasets from ERP and other systems to support decision-making. Identify trends and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline processes, automate financial workflows, and improve financial visibility across the organization.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and applicable accounting standards

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. MBA or CFA a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience. Experience in food and beverage, manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods industries strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proficiency with AI tools and automation workflows a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, employees are regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; communicate effectively in person and via telephone; and use hands to operate standard office equipment. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus. The position also requires frequent visits to the production floor, where standard food processing plant temperature conditions apply. Work is performed in a facility where nuts, fruits, and other allergens may be present.
