Role Responsibilities- Lead the launch of the global Ambassador Program and manage the day to day operations
- Work with Community Lead to create and implement iterative scaling strategy aligned with business objectives and goals
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a diverse and impactful group of ambassadors to expand audiences, awareness, community engagement and build global culture
- Work with Marketing and Ecosystem teams to design and execute impactful campaigns and programs that align with business objectives and goals
- Develop and hone successful incentive plans, management systems and strategies for ambassadors
- Manage and track deliverables, performance/KPIs, and ROI using data centric tools and systems to drive meaningful insights
- Collaborate with Marketing to shape and promote content, ensure seamless brand and product storytelling, and create content repositories and resources
- Represent the organization at in-person and virtual events
Basic Qualifications- 3+ years professional tech community experience, and 1+ years managing ambassador programs
- Background in Web3 and/or Gaming
- Excellent people management and networking skills; familiar with how to recruit and manage creator/influencer types
- Highly organized and data driven, with exceptional project and program management abilities
- Professionally fluent with a variety of social platforms and community tools
Preferred Qualifications- Ideal candidate has PLG experience
