SAIC is seeking an All-Source Targeter with strong analytical and data management experience to join a dynamic and talented team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tactical, operational & strategic intelligence support. Other responsibilities include the ability to use a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues (e.g., target analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, and other methods) and proficiency in describing collection requirements and targeting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership. This person will be utilizing a mix of analytical, targeting, and data management skills. Our ideal candidate will be able to operate in high pressure, fast-paced environments and be able to manage large and small projects.
We are seeking a candidate who will:
• Provide outstanding customer support in order to meet high demand requirements
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and interact with varying levels of stakeholders
• Act with initiative and flexibility to work both individually and in a team environment with limited oversight
• Demonstrate ability to pivot and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills to approach a variety of projects and understand the context and nuisances of collected information
• Build strong relationships across the organization in an effort to work collaboratively and effectively
Qualifications
• Must currently hold an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered for the position
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required; experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 5 years of intelligence analysis experience
• Experience with conducting comprehensive research and analysis
• Experience with All-Source analysis
• Demonstrated targeting experience
• Strong analytical and logic reasoning skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and actions
• Effective writing and oral communication skills in working with a variety of stakeholders
• Capability to quickly learn new tools and methods for analysis and data management
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
