Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All Source Analyst to join our team at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, supporting Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2).  The All-Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, and tradecraft support to ACC staff and subordinate units to help solve complex problems for warfighters worldwide. This role requires expertise in integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver strategic level insights that support subordinate mission objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support operational and strategic decision-making. 
  • Perform analytical tradecraft support, including the development of intelligence products, and comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets to support subordinate units.   
  • Guide and direct the multi-discipline ISR collection management activities supporting the organizational mission. 
  • Monitor organizational compliance and responsiveness to multi-discipline intelligence requirements, standards, and Wing customer Requests for Information (RFI)/support. 
  • Provide executive-level oversight by validating and enforcing standardized procedural instructions across the ISR enterprise. 
  • Draft/staff guidance, identify gaps in current policies or architectures (CONOPS/TTPs), and research new analytic outreach opportunities to strengthen the Air Force's role within the Intelligence Community. 
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.  
  • Travel may be required (Up to 15%)   
Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience Level: Masters Degree and 15 plus years or have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.
  • Technical Expertise: 
  • Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.  
  • Proficiency with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.  
  • Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes. 
  • Strong understanding of ACC/A2 role in organizing, training, and equipping subordinate units.   

 

  • Skills: 
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. 

  

  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. 

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience at Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorate  
  • Knowledge of ISR targeting development, Distribution of Forces (DOF) analysis, and operational-level intelligence planning. 
  • Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification. 
  • Proficiency with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies. 
  • Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
