Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedAll Source Analystto join our team atOffutt Air Force Base (AFB), supporting the55th Wing (55 WG). TheAll SourceAnalyst will play a critical role in conductingSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis,Multi-Int Fusion, andAnalytical Tradecraft Supportto provide actionable intelligence for operational and strategic decision-making. This position requiresexpertisein integrating intelligence from multiple sources and delivering high-quality intelligence products to support missionobjectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ConductSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR AnalysisandMulti-Int Fusionto support operational and strategic decision-making, and tactical operations.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensuretimelyandaccurateintelligence delivery.
  • Maintainproficiencyin analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery ofcutting-edgeintelligence solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
  • Travel may berequired(Up to 15%)
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience / Education: 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 4 years with PhD

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.
  • Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.

  • Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required with Polygraph eligibility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG) or similar ISR organizations.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
  • Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Education: Masters degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have a bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the masters degree.

Target Salary Range$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
