Full Job Description
ALL COLLISION CENTER is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of our collision repair facility. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including production, customer service, financial performance, employee development, vendor relationships, and operational excellence. This role requires a results-driven leader who can maintain industry-leading repair quality, maximize profitability, foster a positive team culture, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced automotive collision repair professional with strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
• Oversee all day-to-day collision center operations, ensuring efficient workflow from vehicle intake through final delivery.
• Monitor production schedules and repair timelines to maximize throughput and cycle time performance.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with OEM procedures and company standards.
• Evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management
• Manage facility profitability, revenue growth, and expense control.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including gross profit, cycle time, touch time, supplement ratio, CSI scores, and labor efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual business goals.
• Review estimates, repair orders, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and profitability.

Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
• Lead and coach estimators, production managers, technicians, painters, customer service representatives, and administrative staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and establish development plans for employees.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused workplace culture.

Customer Experience
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, customers, fleet clients, and vendors.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Insurance & DRP Relations
• Maintain strong working relationships with insurance carriers and Direct Repair Program (DRP) partners.
• Ensure estimates, supplements, and repairs meet insurance and OEM requirements.
• Support efforts to achieve and maintain DRP performance standards.

Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, federal, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained.

Requirements
• 5+ years of collision repair management experience.
• Proven experience leading automotive collision repair operations.
• Strong understanding of estimating systems, repair procedures, and insurance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with collision management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred
• I-CAR Platinum Certification.
• ASE Certifications.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar collision repair operations.
• Knowledge of OEM certification programs and procedures.
• Experience working within DRP environments.
