Job Description
In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
• Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
• Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
• Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Required Skill and Experience
• Experience with Alfabet / Bizzdesign development, configuration, customization, and administration.
• Experience developing Alfabet integrations with external systems, APIs, data feeds, or enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience configuring Alfabet workflows, data objects, data capture templates, business rules, forms, views, and governance processes.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, queries, and analytics within Alfabet or related reporting tools.
• Experience supporting Software AG / Bizzdesign Alfabet customers as a product SME or implementation specialist.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, web services, ETL processes, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience in large enterprise environments with complex application, technology, and portfolio data landscapes.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management, Technology Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Information Portfolio Management, and architecture governance concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to integrations, data quality, reports, workflows, system jobs, and platform performance.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
