Aircraft Maintenance and Inspection Manager

We9re hiring a Aircraft Maintenance and Inspection Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Lebanon, MO, and we9re looking for someone who9s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

This corporate aviation service role9s primary duties include the maintenance, inspection, and ground support of company aircraft, ensuring peak safety, security, reliability, and value. Responsibilities involve regulatory-compliant aircraft maintenance and inspection, troubleshooting issues, performing preflight checks, and coordinating with flight crews. The role also requires managing aircraft records, completing work cards, maintaining a safe shop environment, and training other technicians. Essential ground support duties cover fueling, managing parts logistics, cleaning aircraft for flight readiness, performing off-base maintenance or oversight, and acting as a flight technician when needed.
Primary Responsibilities
    • Perform duties to provide EquipmentShare with a world class Corporate Aviation Service, maintaining the highest degree of safety, security, flexibility, reliability and value.
    • Provide guidance and training to other technicians. Provide group training on systems (processes / current industry events).
    • Maintain and inspect company aircraft in accordance with manufacturer9s approved procedures, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
    • Perform preflight inspections and resolve discrepancies discovered during inspections.
    • Review discrepancies with flight crewmembers and perform troubleshooting to resolve maintenance issues.
    • Assist in the maintenance of aircraft records in accordance with applicable regulations, manufacturer and EquipmentShare requirements.
    • Complete maintenance work cards in a timely manner.
    • Maintain the hangar, shop and storage area in a clean and safe manner. Report inoperative equipment to the Chief Pilot.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of the procedures, parts and tools needed to perform inspections, maintenance and repair on company aircraft. Supervise fueling and ground service operations at home base.
    • Perform inspection of incoming parts, including all documentation and physical condition.
    • Includes shipping and receiving functions to support flight operations.
    • Ensure aircraft are clean, available to support flight operations, and in position for departure.
    • Recover aircraft post-flight, assist passengers, debrief with crewmembers, and ensure the aircraft are handled on the ground in accordance with company procedures.
    • Assist in monitoring the performance of aircraft cleaners.
    • Request inflight operational checks, when required, and prepare test flight forms for use by the flight crew.
    • Perform maintenance or provide oversight away from base. Act as flight technician on assigned flights, when required.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
    • Maintain valid certificates required to perform assigned maintenance duties.
    • Knowledgeable about MEL procedures for EquipmentShare Aviation. Familiar with computer systems and maintenance software programs.
    • Must obtain and maintain a passport to support international operations.
    • Possesses practical experience in the use of common aircraft maintenance tracking programs, demonstrates knowledge of the FARs and standards relating to aircraft maintenance.


    Education and Experience:
    • At leaset 10 years experience as a Corporate Aviation Technician.
    • Must have Airframe and Powerplant Certification (A&P).
    • Must have Inspection Authorization (IA).
    Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion
