Aircraft Controller to oversee day-to-day operations for its Challenger fleet. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Part 135 operations who thrives in a high-paced, detail-driven aviation environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Operations & Scheduling- Manage daily scheduling, positioning, and readiness of Challenger aircraft
- Coordinate closely with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft availability and airworthiness
- Monitor compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations and internal policies
- Optimize fleet utilization through proactive planning
Strategic Planning & Optimization- Track performance metrics and identify ways to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Develop short- and long-term plans for resource allocation and operational improvements
- Support initiatives for fleet expansion and upgrades
Procurement & Inventory- Oversee purchasing of aircraft parts, services, and maintenance materials
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and timely delivery of key components
Compliance & Documentation- Maintain up-to-date records for aircraft maintenance and operations
- Coordinate inspections and regulatory reporting
- Support audits and internal compliance initiatives
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in Part 135 charter operations
- Solid understanding of FAA regulations and private jet scheduling
- Experience with aircraft maintenance coordination and operations logistics
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with aircraft management software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or related field preferred
Preferred- Hands-on experience with Challenger aircraft
- Background in procurement or materials management
- A&P license or similar technical training
- Familiarity with aviation insurance and dispatch operations
- Prior team leadership experience is a plus
