Clearance Required:TS/SCI + CI PolyPosition OverviewLeidos is hiring a
early career to mid level Cryptologic Policy & Compliance Analyst to support the
Air Force Service Cryptologic Component (AFSCC) at Fort Meade. This role is ideal for early-career intelligence professionals with foundational SIGINT or cryptologic experience who want to grow into policy, compliance, and oversight work.
You will help ensure Air Force cryptologic operations meet mission authorities, Intelligence Oversight (IO) requirements, and national-level compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support cryptologic IO, policy, and oversight activities across the AFSCC.
- Assist analysts in applying proper methods for cryptologic and SIGINT operations, including documentation and compliance checks.
- Review intelligence products for compliance, accuracy, and analytic rigor before Government submission.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of cryptologic IO and compliance policy, including mission authorization documentation.
- Draft briefings, policy papers, and technical documentation on cryptologic and SIGINT compliance topics.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and 6 + years of intelligence related experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- Foundational experience with Air Force cryptologic IO, SIGINT oversight, or cryptologic policy
Preferred Qualifications- Experience within the ACC ISR enterprise
- Experience supporting the national intelligence community
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Pay Range:Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
