Full Job Description
The AI Workforce Transformation Lead plays a key role in bringing TPG's AI strategy to life. This position leads upskilling efforts that help employees confidently use AI tools in their daily work. You will partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to design practical learning experiences that link directly to real workflows, driving measurable impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead the TPG AI Upskilling Pillar, aligning priorities, stakeholders, and execution to build workforce capability and support innovation and productivity outcomes
• Define and implement function-based upskilling strategies aligned to TPG AI priorities and business needs
• Develop and maintain AI learning pathways, foundational through advanced, tied to real use cases
• Partner with TPG AI pillar teams and subject matter experts to embed AI learning into daily work, enabling employees to improve workflows and explore new approaches to engineering and problem solving
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and align learning solutions to evolving AI capabilities
• Analyze and report on AI proficiency, adoption, and usage, including data extraction, visualization, and recurring updates
• Ensure alignment with approved platforms, tools, and enterprise guidelines
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital/AI transformation, learning strategy or organizational capability initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data extraction, reporting, and visualization tools
• Proficiency with AI enterprise tools such as Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, AWS, Azure, GCP or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading AI upskilling or digital adoption programs in large technology or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, and enterprise AI adoption practices
• Knowledge of change management or continuous improvement methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, Lean, or Six Sigma
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, or workflow integration
• Experience with learning pathway design, competency frameworks, or skills gap analysis
