AI Transformation LeadThe RoleMost enterprise AI investments die in pilot. Not because the technology fails, but because the organization around it never changes: team structures, decision rights, governance, and day-to-day operating rhythms stay built for a pre-AI world. This role owns that problem.
You will lead operating model engagements for enterprise clients and serve as a key architect of Praecipio's own agentic operating model. What you learn building ours becomes the methodology you take to theirs. You will be a true peer to our practice leads in AI strategy, engineering, and enablement, and the first person at Praecipio whose full-time job is the organizational side of AI transformation.
What You'll Do- Lead client operating model engagements: org design, decision rights, governance, and workforce readiness for teams working alongside AI agents
- Facilitate AI advisory workshops with executive and delivery audiences
- Architect how Praecipio's own teams work with AI agents, and build the change frameworks that make adoption stick
- Turn engagement learnings into repeatable, sellable methodology in a domain where the playbook is still being written
- Carry client-billable strategy work alongside internal methodology building
What You Bring- Deep roots in organizational design and change management, ideally in a consulting or transformation delivery context
- Enough fluency across AI strategy, engineering, and enablement to hold your own with technical practice leads and skeptical executives alike
- A strong, defensible point of view on what AI-native organizations actually look like
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: this capability does not exist here yet, and you are being hired to build it
- Executive presence and facilitation skill at the client decision-maker level
- You work in Git, GitHub, and Claude Code in the terminal today. This is the baseline toolchain for everything we build.
Why This RoleYou will define a practice area, not inherit one. Praecipio's internal transformation is the proof of concept for the client offer, which means your work shows up twice: in how we operate and in what we sell.
