Title: AI Trainer and Change Management Specialist
Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Federal US Public Trust Clearance

Contact: [email protected] Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deliver training and organizational change management products/activities to support integration of artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions for a multi-year document digitization and related software development project.
- Own the training and change management workstream, including development of project schedule/milestones/deliverables, and meet all project deadlines.
Requirements - Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience independently drafting client-facing strategic communications and/or change management materials
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience developing and delivering IT systems training
- Ability to independently own the training and change management workstream
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding . Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal client communication skills and the ability to quickly develop client relationships
- Advanced MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Teams (or equivalent webinar platform) skills
