Responsibilities Collaborate with Test Leads and QA teams to understand testing workflows and translate requirements into effective agent configurations Configure and create Test Case Agents on an enterprise Agentic AI platform tailored to individual team needs and objectives Validate AI-generated test cases and outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with project standards Lead onboarding, adoption, and post-adoption activities, providing hands-on support to customer teams integrating AI testing capabilities Develop process documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles to enable seamless platform adoption and team self-sufficiency Coordinate with scrum, platform, and support teams to resolve issues, drive enhancements, and represent progress in client-facing discussions Requirements Proven experience using Selenium with Java for test automation across enterprise-scale QA environments Strong QA expertise with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end testing workflows Deep understanding of SDLC/STLC principles with proven experience in test case creation and validation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to train teams on new tools and lead client-facing demos Strong analytical and cross-functional coordination skills to manage issue resolution and platform improvements Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and test management platforms, with exposure to AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI platforms and enterprise adoption activities
