Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level, hands-on AI Tech Lead to support and enhance a production-bound Physical Inventory Insights dashboard built across Python AI, SAP GenAI SDK, React, and Kyma. The role will focus primarily on Python AI development, including RAG pipelines and Agentic AI, while also supporting React dashboards and Kyma/cloud-native services. The ideal candidate will operate at a Tech Lead or Architect level while remaining actively involved in development, coding, and architecture across a multi-stack environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own Python-based AI services utilizing SAP GenAI SDK, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI patterns.
• Build and support production-grade Generative AI applications.
• Design and contribute to multi-agent workflows and orchestration frameworks.
• Support and enhance a React-based dashboard environment.
• Maintain and support Kyma-based backend services and integrations.
• Collaborate across multiple AI initiatives within a shared support model.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with coding and architecture.
• Support and enhance solutions across Python AI, React, and cloud-native technologies.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong Python engineering background with AI/ML experience.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector retrieval systems.
• Production experience with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration.
• Experience deploying and supporting production-grade Generative AI applications.
• Ability to operate at a Tech Lead or Architect level while remaining hands-on with engineering.
• Basic React experience sufficient to support existing applications.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, or Kyma.
• Recent hands-on software development experience.
