This role partners with senior leadership, business lines, and technology teams to evaluate business problems through an AI lens, develop proof-of-conceptandguideAI adoptionin alignment withOld National Banks strategicobjectivesfor responsible innovation and value creation. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, process insight, and technical fluency to convert emerging AI capabilities into actionable use cases thatoptimizeoperations and enhance decision-making across the enterprise.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $77,900.00/yr - $153,000.00/yr. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidates relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
KeyAccountabilities
- Partner with business lines to assess transformation opportunities anddetermineAI applicability through structured intake and evaluation, quantifying potential ROI, efficiency gains, and business impact.
- Translate business needs into clear, outcomedriven AI use cases in alignment with the AI Center of Excellence and enterprise governance standards.
- Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives beyond AI by applying data drivenanalysis, design thinking, and solution delivery methods that enhance efficiency and business performance.
- Collaborate across all levels of the enterprise, from executive leadership to front-line operations, and cross-functional teams including Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Operations, to prototype, test, andvalidateAI solutions thatdemonstratemeasurable business value and transformation potential.
- Lead discovery sessions and design workshops with subject-matter experts toidentifyAI enabled opportunities for efficiency and decision improvement.
- Develop and refine knowledge bases and conversational AI agents, defining interaction logic and solution parameters for responsible AI deployment.
- Present solution recommendations to leadership teams, supporting informed decision-making and organizational readiness for adoption.
- Drive stakeholder adoption andorganizational readiness through training facilitation, communication of AI value propositions, and building AI literacy that supports successful implementation and ownership transfer.
- Support the Transformation Office Director inestablishingframeworks, playbooks, and repeatable methods for AI-enabled transformation, including knowledge transfer and capability building for sustainable business line ownership.
- Ensure AI solutions are implementedin alignmentwiththe bank's ethical, regulatory, and security frameworks whilemaintainingconsistencywith Transformation Office principles, capability building, transfer-first design, and cross-functional orchestration.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree in Science, Business, Technology, or related fieldrequired.
Professional Experience
- Minimum4+ years of progressive experience in digital transformation,business analysis,ortechnology enabled solution designwithin complex organizational environments.
- Minimum3+ yearsof experience leading or contributing to enterprise transformation orautomation initiatives with measurableefficiency, scalability, or client experience outcomes, driving alignment across multiple business functions.
- Demonstrated ability toevaluateand shapetechnology enabledapproaches that address complexbusiness challengesand advance operational effectiveness.
- Proven success in partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, anddeliver measurable business improvements.
- Strong communicationskills with experience presenting technical concepts to executive audiences.
Technical and Domain Expertise(Required)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business processes, quantify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into structured solution requirements.
- Demonstrated comfort learning and applying emerging technologies in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
